1. Company Overview

Moe Bros Lending (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private lending company based in St. Louis, Missouri, offering hard money loans, rehab funding, and transactional funding exclusively to real estate investors.

We operate only in the State of Missouri and do not lend on owner-occupied or consumer-purpose loans.

Use of this Site is limited to users seeking commercial-purpose funding on investment properties.

2. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

Submission of a loan application or inquiry does not constitute an offer, approval, or guarantee of funding. All lending decisions are subject to underwriting, review, and the sole discretion of Moe Bros Lending.

We reserve the right to deny any application at any time, for any reason or no reason, without explanation.

3. Not Licensed Brokers or Advisors

Moe Bros Lending is not a licensed mortgage broker, lender, financial advisor, or attorney. Nothing on this Site or in our communications should be considered legal, financial, or tax advice. You acknowledge that we do not act in a fiduciary capacity and do not represent your financial interests.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

13. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Jury Trial

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in St. Louis County, Missouri.
